SUP TOURS/LESSONS

The best place to learn how to Paddle Board in this area is in flat water. For this activity, we offer you 2 locations: Rio Baru and Mangroves.

In this activity, you will be given lessons on techniques. You'll be taught about the sport, how to get comfortable on the board, and then, you'll have a whole tour. As you enjoy the surrounding beauty, you will become comfortable on the Paddle Board. SUP has become a way for individuals to seek adventure, tranquility, achievement of personal goals and to reach conectivity with nature.

SUP in Rio Baru 

$50 - 2 hours lesson/tour

What to bring: Hat, bathing suit, sunscreen, water shoes, water bottle, crookies for Rx Glasses, bug spray, towel for after, water proof camera.
